Meet Justin Thomas
Justin Thomas founded Frontline Wealth Management on something most advisors can't offer — a lifetime of service and a firsthand understanding of the financial challenges that come with it.
Since 2012, Justin has served as a police officer, earning multiple commendations while developing the discipline, composure, and integrity that now define his approach to financial planning. He also serves on the Texas Department of Emergency Management's task force and is completing a Master's degree in Emergency Management at the University of North Texas — a reflection of his enduring commitment to community resilience.
That commitment has always extended beyond the badge.
During his law enforcement career, Justin became a trusted resource for colleagues and community members navigating financial hardship — guiding them through budgeting, debt reduction, and savings strategies built from the ground up. What emerged from those conversations was a clear and pressing truth: hardworking people too often lack access to the kind of straightforward, conflict-free financial guidance they deserve. Driven by that reality, Justin earned his Ramsey Financial Coaching certification and founded Frontline Wealth Management.
Today, Justin brings deep investment knowledge and real-world perspective to every client relationship. His expertise spans technical and fundamental analysis, income-producing assets, and long-term wealth-building strategies. He has specialized knowledge of city retirement systems, including TMRS, and is particularly skilled at building holistic financial plans designed around each client's specific goals, career stage, and timeline.
Frontline Wealth Management was built for the people who show up for others every day — first responders, city employees, and dedicated professionals who deserve a financial partner that understands their sacrifices and is fully committed to their future. Justin looks forward to earning your trust and helping you build the financial foundation you've worked so hard to deserve.
